what gears do you have?
auto or stick?
kjp98tj
why lift it? all the rage now is high clearance everything.

as far as i know, 33's will fit stock. slap some xenon fender flares on it and have plenty of cash leftover.
yllwtj
Well I have a stick with 4 10s for gears
I guess we will find out I got 33's and the OME lift I suppose if the 33's fit stock I could return the ome and get flat fenders we will see when everything comes in, Any one want to host a tech day?

I'd be glad to...

Depending on day/time I can help as well. No garage, so hosting is out. But I can bring tools/stands/jack/etc. Lemme know.

some of my upcoming Jan weekends have room as I'll be working on a 4.0l swap into a Cj-7. Plenty of room for your lift work at the same time. let me know when you are ready.

people are running 35"s with those gears so you should be fine, 33's probably aren't much bigger than stock 32"s if that's what you had just a little wider.
You may have to center your steering wheel to keep the computers happy after putting springs in and loosen the control arm bolts and retorque them. but i'm sure you guys know that stuff.

check out jkowners.com for lots of info on lifts, been doing a lot of research myself for my rig.
are you gonna wheel that rig? I'd like to play with mine some without hurting it in the tough stuff.

got some sun today!

jk-forum.com is another good site.

Yup, you should be fine with a stick and 4.10s for 33s. 35s will be ok too, just a little sluggish in 6th unless at 70 on highway.
yllwtj
Yeah I picked up some 16x8 black steelies 4.25 backspaceing if that matters.

Great thank you, I will let you know when the stuff comes in. I have had some payment delays and shipping delays I dont think my parts will be even on the road till wednesday and then that is just so that the tires can meet up with the wheels and what not.

Here's the schedule at my garage this coming w/e... The lift will be occupied, but there's plenty of floorspace. Next weekend should be similar, but not confirmed yet.

Thank you all for the offer to help and advice. The parts came in late but I was able to go over to my brother's house and take care of both the lift and a brake job the rear brakes were trashed. Still no e brake but I didnt work on them very hard
