If your time does not reflect daylight savings time (on or off), all you need to do is go in and edit your control panel.

Go to Control Panel with "My Controls"
Go down to "Options"
Click on "Board Options"

Your Timezone should be [gmt-5 hours] (if you are in the eastern time zone)
If you would like the daylight savings time to be in effect or not, UNcheck or check the box next to: Is daylight savings time in effect?

Then click on "Change My Account Options"
