More of a reach then anything, I found a dodge raider (rebadged Montero) on ebay for $375, no bids with a day left so I want to wait until it doesn't sell, then offer him very little for it. It need a water pump and converter. It would just be a parts rig. I'd like to swap in the tranny but I doubt the 2.6 is the same as my 3.0.

I highly doubt this will happen but everyone has to have their dreams, gets you through the dark nights during the winter sad.gif

So are you after storing it while you slowly pull parts or cutting it up in a weekend and sending it to the crusher?

I found out it doesn't have an LSD rear so my initial excitment has subsided. I'd like to get it for spare parts since Montero parts are hard to come by but I cant be spending cash on stuff I have no room for. Cutting it up then selling it for scrap would be nice, but I'd have to wait till spring to do that.

I did see that on ebay too. It was right here in fryeburg....but I couldn't figure out were it was from the pics, the seller didn't have any land marks in the pictures.

I think theres an old raider for sale off Elm Street in Mechanic Falls. It's sitting in a back yard against the treeline, the guy always has cars for sale. I can give you directions if you want.
