September 4-5 is going to be a prerun for TDR Judges and competitors!
October 1-2 is going to be 2nd pre-run and final set up for TDR
October 8-9-10 is TDR weekend

Judges need to make it to one of the pre-runs, I know we are all busy but please attend so all judges will be on the same page and will score the same negating the negative feedback from inconsistancy in scoring!

We need at least 20 judges!

Oct 1 and 2? A friday and Saturday? Didja mean 2 and 3?

Also, I just noticed that TDR is scheduled for 3 days. What's the requirement for Judges? Is competition more than 1 day this year? If so, what's the closest motel/hotel or B&B? Sunapee?

Rick, the hoestead is being reserved for judges first then other staff!
First come first serve.

Same as a bed and breakfast but with out the food or the cost!

There is the 1830 motel in hillsboro, the stonebridge inn in hillsboro, there is a best western in sunappe, and a couple bed and breakfasts in Bradford, henniker.

Please plan on making a weekend of it if you are a judge, Saturday night festivities and sunday post event!

The pre-runs will most likely be on the sat of the dates listed!

That is what my schedule allows, you only need to make it to one of the pre-runs, we might possibly be able to schedule one earlier but I will have to look at the calendar again and double check with the estate!

I think I might be able to make Saturday, but not the whole weekend.

Are the judges chasing the vehicles again or will there be judges stationed on each trail?

I suggest this so that scoring discrepencies are applied equally to all vehicles that attempt a trail.

scott, we are not changing the routine, unless you can come up with 40 judges willing to commit not only to saturday of the event but also a prerun date. the scoring issues have been addressed and the major issue was with the judges not following directions. hopefully that will be illimninated by the mandatory judges meeting and pre-run, as well as allowing the competitors to judge in a class they are not running!

The TDR Committee has worked long and hard to come up with solutions to the major issues and the major issues have resolve in my oppinion.

so the long of the short is judges will be following competitors again as in the first year we did this!
