I am thinning out the 258 wiring on the YJ and came across this thing. It has a PSB inside. It is located near and connected to the two blue relays by the battery tray.

Any idea what those are for as well? The more I thin the harness the less wires are connected to the relays.

I don't recognize the black thing as a Chrysler part. The relays are from the old harness, correct? They were connected to the battery tray?

Yep, they are. I figured out one is the manifold heater and I was unsure what the other was. I just left them. As much as I hate the thought of freeloading wires in the harness The two relays really were not in the way so I put them back. I will think of them as onboard spares.
As for the black box with the printed circut board inside. I posted up on another board where I was told it is a diode for accesories such as the hard top rear defroster and wiper. Doesn't really matter anymore because it is now laying in a pile of wire in my driveway.
