What's the easiest way to fix this? Is there some view that shows all the attachements I have?

Upload failed. The file was larger than the available spacehmm.. the paste didn't really come out... It says I'm using 7.8MB of 4.8 allowed.

Look up. Higher. No - not there. Over there.... Click "My Controls" at the top of the screen. Now look down. Yes - further down. Now, to the left. Look for the tab "Manage Your Attachments". Click that.
